Carlton Lance is a founding partner of Hampton Ridge Financial, LLC.  He has over 19 years of industry experience, 13 years with Hampton Ridge Financial.  If he is not watching his kids play sports then he is enjoying time with his wife.  Carlton is an avid golfer.  His favorite thing about coming to work everyday is the people.  “HRF has a great group that supports one another and enjoys being around each other.”
