Kaitlyn joined the operations team at Hampton Ridge Financial in 2023, and her favorite part about HRF is the work environment! Prior to that, she worked as a marketing professional for 8 years after obtaining her degree in Sports Management at Minnesota State University, Mankato. When she is not playing or coaching volleyball, you can find her lost in a book, at a concert, dreaming of the beach, or spending time with her friends, family, and furbabies—Athena and Beatrice.
